How long does delivery take?

Orders leave London within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days standard or 1–2 working days express; EU delivery usually takes 7–14 working days.

Will I pay customs or duties?

EU orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees. Unless checkout states that these have been collected, they are payable by the recipient on arrival.

Can I return something?

Yes. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within the next 14 days.

Where are your pieces made?

Each product page names its country of origin. Our current edit is rooted in Colombia and Latin America, through houses we know.

How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a fit note and measurement guide. If you are between sizes, write to us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched, we will amend or cancel it.

Do you ship outside the UK and EU?

Is my payment secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. Available methods include major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
