EU orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling charges. Unless checkout states that these have already been collected, the recipient is responsible for any amount charged on arrival.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During launches or exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

A tracking email is sent as soon as the parcel leaves Leonica. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking page to update.

Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks, weather and carrier delays can occasionally extend them.

Email hello@leonica.uk as soon as possible if an address or order needs to change. Once a parcel has been dispatched, Leonica cannot redirect or amend it.

Every order is packed by hand, in recyclable materials.
