General Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from LEONICA LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17082750 and trading as Leonica. Registered office: Flat 8, 61 Marlborough Street, London NW8 0PT, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@leonica.uk.

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

Your order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, including where an item is mispriced, and will refund any payment in full.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

We aim to deliver within stated timeframes and within 30 days maximum, as required by law. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
