Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel and request a return, for any reason.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please return it unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Swimwear must have its hygiene liner intact unless the item is faulty.

Email hello@leonica.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will send return instructions. You must send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Return postage is your responsibility for a change-of-mind return. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or within 14 days of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate.

We reserve the right to reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods. After that, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us with photographs and we will resolve it.

Sale and archive items have the same statutory return rights as full-price items. Bespoke or personalised pieces are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right unless faulty.
